Payments and subscriptions

A plan for @AximoBot is a recurring subscription, billed monthly, quarterly or annually. This page explains how the money side works; what each plan includes is on the pricing page.

How buying works

Plans are bought inside Telegram: open @AximoBot, choose a plan, and the bot opens a secure checkout link on our domain or a Telegram payment sheet. You never send card details to the bot or to us in a chat.

What you pay

The price you see in the payment sheet is the price you pay. Prices are shown in euro and may be adjusted for your region. A plan grants the features and limits listed on the pricing page for the billing period you chose.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period so the Service does not stop. The renewal is charged at the price you agreed, unless we sent a price-change notice at least 30 days in advance. You can turn renewal off at any time — see refunds and cancellation.

Payment methods

Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Telegram Stars, crypto and local payment methods depending on your region. The available methods are shown at checkout.

Card security

Payments are processed by our payment providers on our behalf. Card details are stored by the provider inside its own PCI-DSS scope and never reach our servers. The provider is responsible for billing, receipts, tax calculation and remittance (including EU VAT) and chargeback handling.

Receipts and taxes

A receipt is issued for every successful payment and sent to the email address you gave at checkout. VAT and local sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout and shown before you pay.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, the provider retries it for a few days. Meanwhile the plan stays active; if no payment arrives, the account drops to the free plan and your settings are kept — a later payment restores everything.
